TipTap are intended for use with LAPTOPS (Apple) as well as DESKTOP keyboards (Logitech and standard Apple Magic Keyboard).
International customers: Currently all TipTap are made with the USA return key (seen on keyboards sold in the USA; it will not fit European or Japanese return keys). We are in the process of adding international models with different return keys and lettering. PLEASE CHECK YOUR LAPTOP BEFORE PURCHASE.

If you have one of the following models/years be aware that your esc key will be partially covered by a TipTap esc key but it will still work great and this does not impact functionality!

I'm on day one of using my TipTap and I am so happy with this purchase. I have only just gotten into wearing longer nails, and hyper-extending my fingers to type on my regular MacBook keyboard was fine, but an uncomfortable experience. I bet after a few more days of practice and just getting used to the feel, I'll be able to type just as well on the TipTap as I can when I'm not wearing any nails at all. But even just today, I am able to type so much faster and with way less errors than without it.
This keyboard cover is amazing. Everything I expected - it makes typing easier and more comfortable since I no longer have to use the tips of my nails. Highly recommend for the long nail girlies!
Such a clever design! It’s really helpful in my day-to-day work.
I love this! I usually have 1/2 inch nails on, so typing on my Mac can be difficult. I’m finishing up my degree and I have a ton of papers to write. Before getting this, I was typing so slow and I was getting frustrated with all the edits. Now typing is so easy, and after a few uses, I have my speed back. Only thing I’ve noticed that is an issue is for the space bar I use more of the side of my thumb, so it can get a little irritated against the silicone. Besides that, I love it and I’m really happy with my purchase.
I’ve been doing some research on this product and honestly expecting it to be sliding round all over my keyboard after one review I read, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. It stays put and doesn’t move around at all. I’m still getting used to it, but I’m considering getting another one as a backup or one for on the road. Thank you thank you thank you! CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND DISCLAIMERS
- Just use water and a damp cloth to remove any dust/dirt.
- If you want to use a soap, use a mild soap. We do not recommend using harsh chemicals as this could affect the lettering.
- When not using, ideally store your TipTap in the protective case. This keeps dust off and prevents damage from any direct and long exposure to the sun which may cause discoloring.
